Becoming Who You Are: Marie-Louise von Franz on the Process of Individuation

Join us for an intensive two-hour exploration of individuation through the teachings of Marie-Louise von Franz, one of the most influential figures in analytical psychology and Carl Jung's closest collaborators.

Drawing on her extensive work with dreams, fairy tales, and clinical material, we will examine the psychological dynamics of individuation, the relationship between the ego and the Self, the autonomous activity of the unconscious, and the challenges involved in becoming more fully conscious of one's individual nature.

Moving beyond popular notions of self-improvement and authenticity, this seminar approaches individuation as a lifelong process of psychological differentiation, confrontation with the unconscious, and movement toward greater wholeness.
